Managers must ensure that there is an updated safety card in a central location in the safety area. The safety card provides information about the safety area, the line managers and the safety representative.

Fill out the safety card

Fill out and download the safety card. Describe the safety area based on the area that it includes: the department, faculty, division or group, along with its geographic location at NTNU.

Fill out the form on your computer, or write using clear handwriting with block letters. Get help, since the card must be filled out in Norwegian. Your line manager should decided if the safety card should also be written in another language (such as English). Print out the safety card on standard green paper. (Colorit lime green, thick paper).
