Video can be used in teaching in many different ways. Several have tried recording traditional lectures, but often it gives more benefit to students if you break up the lecture into short videoes instead of a long lecture. Smaller videoes are easier to integrate into a holistic teaching program, and can be used more flexibly afterwards.

You can use NTNU's studios (information only in Norwegian) or some of NTNU's teaching rooms adapted for online teaching (information only in Norwegian).
Alternative
Record sessions in Zoom.
In addition, Camtasia (information only in Norwegian) or Snagit (information only in Norwegian) can be used for screen and camera recording.
Edit video
Recommended
In Panopto you can trim or remove sections of a video, add a quiz, and subtitle videos. You can add PDFs and embed web pages in the video.
Alternative
Camtasia (information only in Norwegian) is an easy editing tool for video with some extra functionality compared with Panopto.
Snagit (information only in Norwegian) is mainly for screenshots, but you can also make simple short videoes and for example convert to GIF.
Adobe Premiere Pro is a very advanced tool for professional editing that all NTNU employees have access to.
