Levende bilder - English
The Levende bilder project is a low-threshold service where we offer help and training in video streaming and courses in simple video production for your own use.
About Levende bilder #
The Levende bilder project is owned by the Multimedia Centre and Communication Division at NTNU. Three employees are currently working on the project, and our services are available to all employees in Trondheim, Gjøvik and Ålesund.
The project offers video training in several areas. Examples include documentation of your own research for publication later, streaming of conferences, or production of videos for external and internal use.
Training in the use of streaming equipment, carrying out productions, and video courses is available by agreement based on the needs of each faculty and department.
In the longer term, Levende bilder will not only be a provider of productions, but also a support function for those who would like to take ownership of their own projects and increase their own skills and knowledge about video production.

GDPR in Levende bilder #
A general rule in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is that everyone who is photographed or included in video or audio recordings must give their consent in writing. An electronic consent form must be completed, and it is available here: Concent form.
It is therefore very important that users of streaming services and one-day courses in video production and editing from Levende bilder read the regulations and guidelines that apply to this.
For more information about GDPR in photos/video/audio recording and the rules and exceptions in effect, see: Samtykke ved foto – video – lyd (Consent in connection with photos – video – audio).
