Fitness initiatives for employees in Gjøvik
The hour you are allowed each week can only be used during the applicable week. You may not save up hours, or e.g. use the swimming pool more than once/week.
Badminton (group) #
This is a new activity from August/September 2019.
Training hours (alternatives):
- Tuesdays 15:00 -16:00 in Campus Arena Gjøvik (lane 1).
- Wednesdays 15:00 - 16:00 in Campus Arena Gjøvik (lane 1).
This activity has limited capacity.

Yoga (group) #
Yoga for employees will be tested in meeting room Ørneredet (G-building, 3rd floor) this autumn. The classes will suit most people, you do not have to be flexible or athletic. There will be breathing exercises, warm-ups, classical yoga poses, dynamic exercises and relaxation. Read more about the yoga classes and common practice HERE.

You find the fitness room for employees in the basement in Building H.

Swimming (individual) #
Employees in Gjøvik has free access to swimming pool facilities in Gjøvik, 1 swim/week/employee. Remember to bring your NTNU ID (your name is written on a list when you swim for NTNU).
If you swim more than 1 day/week, you have to buy ordinary tickets for the additional swims (do not write your name on the list).
