Automatic forwarding of your email
Automatic forwarding of your email to another email address has now been deactivated as default. It is possible to forward your email to another address, but you must get permission from your supervisor.

Why has automatic forwarding been deactivated? #
- Increase security
- Increase NTNU's visibility as the sender.
This decision is based on official guides to Information Security at NTNU.
For whom can atomatic forwarding be activated? #
- Individual users who have a work-related reason, which has been evaluated and approved by the individual's supervisor.
- Managers and supervisory functions which have been defined in "Principles for information security at NTNU" (Norwegian).
