Software information

Abaqus is a powerful multiphysics FEA software with integrated tools for modelling and meshing. The same software can be used for totally different analyses on a 3D model, including dynamic vibration, nonlinear static, thermal coupling and deformation analyses.

License information

Volume license: Access limited and needs-tested volume agreement for a Dept./Faculty. Class set + research licenses via license server.

Used by The IV-faculty. Follow the installation guide to install Abaqus. Contact an IT responsible at the Faculty for details.

Note that the program can only be used for academic work and not for commercial work.
