Since the last course developed in spring 2021, the main change was to opt for a semester based course rather than an intensive 3 week course.The students were greatly successful in developing their projects throughout the semester and were able to coordinate their own time during the week outside of the meetings. This allowed for the students to be more productive in terms of the project as well as learning about their team processes and their experience within the team in a way that is more representative of the real world job market compared to the 3 week intensive course. The group processes developed in the time frame of a semester allowing for reflections over an extended period of time

The students greatly achieved the purpose of the course. They showed a gained awareness of team processes and they learned to communicate efficiently across disciplines. They all had great use of the materials provided from EiT. Overall the aims of the course were achieved.Furthermore, the students developed successful projects within the scope of World of Wild Waters, the external partners with which the collaborated, providing projects with great potential for research and communication in the field of environmental psychology.The students were supported by a committed team of facilitators which met after each village day to design adjustments and tailored exercises for the students. Reference groups where used to provide feedback at the beginning of the course, and constant feedback from each group of students along the semester was uptaken after each class day and implemented when feasible the week after.

No follow-up plan will be designed due to the course being terminated in the year 2022
